Monster hunting season is open on PSP! Monster Hunter Freedom is based on Monster Hunter G for PS2, adding mini-games and PSP-exclusive features. Stalk bloodthirsty beasts in an unforgiving land and make a name for yourself as a Monster Hunter. Customize your character and pick from numerous quests. You can hunt solo or form a wireless ad-hoc hunting party of up to four. The new Felyne Kitchen lets you hire chefs who'll cook up unique meals to enhance your powers. For a chance of pace, pursue a different kind of quarry in a fast-paced, timed, two-player treasure hunter game.

This game definitely stands up to the other monster hunter games. It might even be better. I really cant see why gamespot gave it a 6.5. Now, I will discuss the good or bad aspects of the game.
