I have been waiting for a monopoly ds game for quite awhile. I had only played the version for the Game Boy Advance. When the game was announced for DS, I was very excited. This DS version was quite a nice surprise.
One of the cool things, as in many electronic/non physical board game versions of Monopoly, is that you can customize the house rules, for example allowing for certain things like double the $ if you land on GO. I really liked the details of the monopoly money on the sides of the board. The graphics were also very nice for a DS game. I also liked that you could exit the game and have your PROGRESS SAVED, something that never was possible on the GBA version.
I'm going to pick up a copy of this at the regular store sometime soon,
This game sucks beans.
!. I couldn't point out my piece from the computers piece. I got bored in about not even a min. of playingit
dont rent this or buy it in any store. It's a big waste of time and Money.
The super nintendo one is better and that system been out longer and hard to fine
the ds vision sucks hard.
The sad part is the Super Nintendo system and the game is better and I could say the Super Nintendo system and any all the games are as old as my grandma.
This game is almost exactly the same as my playstation one version. At least I can save my game on the playstation. You can't even put your name on the DS version as far as I can tell. Unless you really want to play wireless with your friends, I wouldn't even rent this game. I only rented it becaus it had the description for Monopoly streets(is not!!!)
