I'm a hardcore gamer its the reason why i gamefly i play a lot of games. Midnight Club is a good game but even for a hardcore gamer the game is a bit difficult it gets repetitive and the achievements plain suck. The selection of cars is small but there's a great customization option. When i first got it i really enjoyed myself over time i released how frustrating the game is, so many good games are and just came out. I'd wait until you have nothing else to play to try this one out.
I Live in L.A. they coulda have done a little better in making in look a bir more detailed like l.a. but I guess they did ok. Cops are not hard to get away from, just hit turns back to back.Pretty slow start takes some time to get some money going.Overall fun game not a waste of time.

Rockstar makes a good racing series and the LA version is great but; when they put too much effort in the map (which is the best and most easy to use with zoom feature and the highlight of the streets); they forgot a major detail. The street name don't appear when you drive so you constantly have too look at the map and that gets annoying. The cops AI is good and the soundtrack is sweet and the textures n controls are spot on.
