This game is a good thing to do when you need something to pass your time. Some of the levels takes you hours to beat. The problem i think it has is that when people in the city are in need of a market or another place near where they live and you have a big city u may miss them and they will end up levin. And some of the levels get really difficult that you will need a strategy guide to help you. But its a fun game it will keep you busy for some days, but you need to like strategy kind of game.
Graphically well done with a wide variety of buildings with which to create your cities. Each of the 5 stages requires fulfillment of different goals and gets more challenging each time. There are also a variety of characters ranging from little tykes to old fogies (and a few "unique" citizens). While meeting the requirements of the citizens can be daunting at times and appropriately gives the gamer a challenge, the sheer tedium of button smashing to get through lines of text during conversations with your citizens can make the game get tiresome and detracts from the fun to be had in planning the layout of the city. The music is annoying as well and, unfortunately, there is no way to control the volume other than turning down the t.v., which meant you could hear nothing else in the game. With a bit of tweaking this could be a really good city sim.
