I was pretty excited about this game, for some reason i thought THQ would stick to their 3rd person format (saints rows, red faction, etc) in a fallout, rpg kinda game... BOY WAS I WRONG, its a clunky fps, you dont get to interact with any other survivors hanging out in the metros, and the only thing you shoot at are mutant dogs that look like skags in Borderlands. BACK TO GAMEFLY SAME DAY
This action / horror / adventure first-person shooter is a MUST BUY (or rent). You play as Artyom, only a small child when the nuclear blast goes off. Only the people in the metro during the nuclear explosions. The gae starts off in a prologue, which I won't spoil for you. In the real beginning of the game, your stepfather's friend, Hunter, arrives at your home station. He goes out on a mission to recon the area, but when Hunter doesn't come back in the morning, you go to Polis to find Hunter's friend, Miller. On the way you will pass over the ice-covered streets and buildings of post-apocolyptic Moscow, through dark passages, ghost-infested tunnels, and more. If you like scary/fast-paced/action/thriller games, you should play this game.
