MGS3 is a great game that starts off slow and rolls on to a great finish! This is game had a fantastic story line that really helped bring the series together! The setting of the game takes place in the 1960's and introduces you to the man who is the father of solid snake form MGS1. If you are a fan of the original MGS you will love MGS3 once you get past the painful slow start and the fact that the controls for the game feel as old as MGS1. With some of the new features added to the game the control is in bad need of an update.
First of all I love games that make you use stealth because it is unique. MGS3 has an in depth story line that you will love. Also using stealth to take out your enemies is great. Graphics are superb. Watching cut scenes is like watching a movie. The forest environment is well done. also the idea of using camo to hide from foes is excellent. Hideo Kojima is an artist because he has created a masterpiece!
This is easily one of the best games I have ever played. The graphics are really good, probably the best to date. The voice acting is better than the last game. The sound effects are great especially when you have surround sound. The story line is amazing how they got all of the real life events of the cuban missile crisis and the cold war to fit in perfectly with there own material. The ending is great too it gives me goose bumps every time I see it. I read that people even cried to the ending of this game. This is one of those games that you can just play over and over. This is far better than the last Metal Gear Solid game. If you have never played MGS before your in for a real treat.
