Unlock the Cheat Crate in the shop.

Beat the game with all members of the deck either captured or killed. The cheat crate contains(spoilers): a grenade pistol, a street sweeper(a special gun), and a portable airtstrike.

Unlockable Skins

If you play some of the last of each factions' missions (Spades Section), you should unlock some skins. I believe it's the 2nd to last mission. Maybe the first.
