Free vehicle repair and rearming

At any time during the game when you have a vehicle that needs repairing or more ammo you can get both for free by doing a mission and canceling the contract. All you need to do is park the vehicle in the base where the mission is, accept the contract, and then cancel the contract. You’ll get the retry screen, select no, and then your vehicle is fully repaired and rearmed without losing money. You can then do the same mission at a later time.

Get items from the Merchant of Menace for free!

Go into the Merchant of Menace and select a vehicle or supply drop that you want. You have to toss out the beacon and before the beacon hits the ground, go back into the Merchant of Menace and select ANY other item.

When you return to the game and the first beacon lands, you will not be charged for the item even though it is still delivered to you.

How to survive when falling from any height.

If you wish your player to survive instead of going splat when He/She hits the ground, All you need to do is pause the game when the player is about 20ft from the ground then press X (to continue) then immediately press start to pause the game again, keep quickly pausing and un-pausing the game until the player has landed and has almost stood up again. If done correctly not only will the player survive but He/She will not be injured from the fall.

Keep the helicopter you obtain in the 'Gimme my mo

After you land the helicopter in the mafia garage, you must get out of it to complete the mission. Right after you get paid the helicopter disappears.
To retain the helicopter, right after you get out, quickly get back in before everything slows down. You'll still be able to keep the helicopter if you go inside a faction's HQ and accept the mission.
Take note though, whenever you finish a mission, you must go inside the helicopter before everything slows down and you get paid. Otherwise, it'll disappear, since you arent allowed to 'keep' it in the first place.

No Faction Penalties

You can kill faction members (including Civilians) without penalty by running over their vehicle with a tank.

Turn off the radar permanently

If you hijack a jamming vehicle such as the K200 Surveillance or the NK Control and sell it to the Russian Mafia chop shop garage, it will cause the entire map to become permanently jammed until you load a new game.
