I personally love this series but ive got to say this...Its evil to noobs of the series.
Reasons:
1.Leveling up wepons
2.Level design
3. Bosses
4. French looking dude ( no offence)
5. Its Megaman. what do you expect.
6. Armor Achievment
For a couple of year, Megaman has been realesing some deacent game but if you want to play one that will make you throw you GBA or DS, play this badboy.

The is good but.....This is so than the ones in the Mega man X series!!!!compare this zero to the one in Mega man X4's...Clearly this zero LOST MOST OF HIS MOVES that made him zero!!!! now lets talk about how trying to do 32bit...can't its above 16bit but far away from 32bit..so you won't get the same look as Mega man X4 and above...I just hop Capcom bring this and orther Mega man and Mega man X series TO...XBOXLIVE!!!!!!

And it's not hard in a good way, either. It's mind numbingly hard at points, just for the fact that you have to repeat large sections of the level if you screw up. That might have flown back in the good ol' days of the NES, but I think we've moved on(yeah I know there are the hardcore players out there still). It would have been nice to have at least some sort of checkpoint mid-level or the ability to save at the boss gate.

Gameplay: Okay, done with the negative points. Fighting the bosses is one of the high points of the game. Beating them definitely gives you a sense of satisfaction. As for gameplay, its nothing you haven't seen before in the Megaman X games. However, this time the story is pretty coherent which is a good thing. Sometimes you have to do different tasks during the mission and you will get rated for how fast or how well you did it.

Graphics: Same as the first Zero (actually, some recycling going on), but that game looked pretty good. The new art style is still great, not as worn out as the X series was becoming. Animations are fluid, lots of detail on the screen, and less slowdown this time around. However, the small screen definitely affects gameplay.

Sound: More recycled themes and fx, but that's okay. There are some nice speech clips in there as well. Overall, not too shabby.

Replayability: Very, very high if you a)have the patience, or b)have mastered the game already. You can't get everything the first time through, and good luck getting an A or S rank.

Overall: An alright game if you have the time to put into it, not to mention the patience. So, this is a game for people who like to master their games. If you're a casual gamer, don't bother.
