This game is amazing, great graphics, gameplay, and story. The multiplayer is just spectacular, I liked that you could pick your nationality and how there are more classes to choose from than the last Medal of Honor. At the end of the game I was suprised that Linkin Park did another song for the end credits. The only problem I had with this game is that Mother died.
This game is incredible, the graphics are mind blowing and I'm sure some of you will remember some of the events that this game has in it. The storyline isn't bad at all, the ending will bring a tear to your eye if you are a vet like me. The online gameplay isn't bad, but the graphics could be much better on some maps. That is why I am giving this and 8 out of ten.
I'm really not sure why this keeps getting bad reviews to be honest. I am probably about 3-4 hours into it. I knew going in what it was going to be like (let's be honest, there's not a whole lot of room for ingenuity and uniqueness when it comes to FPS games) and have thoroughly enjoyed it thus far.
They story is confusing but if you pay attention, it does make sense. It really shows the conflict that someone serving in a spec ops group would deal with. They can't discuss it with their family and they know they put their life on the line every day, but they put their life on the line to make sure their family is safe.
The story is beautifully done and the graphics in-game and during cut-scenes are phenomenal. The gunplay is good but could be a little better. Your teammates will shoot for minutes at someone they should easily be able to hit and not hit them so AI can be a little shaky as well.
I have not experienced any of the bugs others have seen. FWIW
In conclusion, take it for what it is. It's a good story and a solid FPS. Yeah it's all been done before but like I said, CoD isn't exactly pushing the envelope these days either.
I am a campaign player and would definitely recommend this to someone who wants to play a good FPS with a story. Is it worth $60? No. But it's a solid rent and is enjoyable and isn't that why we play games?
