I read the other reviews and was leary about renting this game. But once I started playing it I was addicted. I found myself going to bed later then usual becuz I couldn't put the game down. I just wanted to get a little farther, or figure out the puzzle I was stuck on.
Maybe there are better, or at least more slick RPG games out there. But if you like RPG games, you will like this game. I am 45 yrs old and don't like the faster paced games. I like games that make me think and hash out problems. This one was just enough of a challenge to make me think but not so difficult that I would give up. The couple times I did get "hopelessly" lost, I went online and read a walkthru to get me unstuck.
I am almost done with the game and already feeling sad that I won't find another game as fun to keep me occupied.
