I have pros and cons with every aspect of the game... The pros out-weight the cons, but they still make me think this game isn't as amazing as it's hyped up to be. I definitely liked it and none of these problems ruined my fun with it for the most part, but I don't think it's game of the year 2012-material like a lot of people are saying.
+ Better dialogue than most games. Hearing what the characters, particularly Max, have to say is actually interesting.
- That being said, most of the story is told through narration and inner dialogue from Max. The dialogue is interesting, but narrating something we should be seeing isn't the best storytelling in my opinion
+ Detailed environments and cool animations
- Graphical glitches. It didn't happen too often, but there were a few times where I got stuck in the wall I was trying to use as cover or an enemy that was falling from a high place after being shot just hovered their for a minute.
+ Good use of bullet time for epic gun fights
+ Innovative third-person shooting that actually works
+ Multi-player benefits from use of special abilities too.
+ Tons to do. Long campaign, good multi-player, score attack, New York Minute
- Cover feels weird. You can't switch between cover on the fly. For most of the game it makes sense considering this game is really about dropping an entire room of enemies in seconds with you bullet time, but in segments where you need to switch cover quickly to avoid a sniper it becomes a pain.

Max Payne 3 was a perfect sequel and installment in the Rockstar Collection. The game looked great on top of a fantastic story line. Rockstar has showed their true potential in this game, and I hope to see a Max Payne 4. Thank you Gamefly for having this, and thank you Rockstar for producing such a wonderfully violent game.
