While I had no problem with how Mass Effect 3 ended Shepard's story, Citadel is a more formal—and wholly welcome--farewell that doesn't insult the finality of what's come before it chronologically and through the narrative. Bravo, BioWare. Read more

Mass Effect 3's "Citadel" downloadable content is larger than 2 GB, Microsoft's size limit on Xbox 360, and therefore has been split into two downloads. Read more

The last multiplayer Mass Effect 3 DLC pack, entitled Reckoning, is coming out tomorrow, but to add a bit of hype before the release, developer BioWare did a livestreamed of the pack, showing most of what will be included in the free upgrade, including a playable Collector. Read more

Players who aren't ready to stop adventuring with Commander Shepard and his Mass Effect 3 team will get one final chance to tag along with the interstellar hero. BioWare has announced the final two DLC packs for the game, Citadel and Reckoning. Read more

The Dead Space 3 demo rolls out today on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and to celebrate, publisher Electronic Arts is offering a perk for Mass Effect 3 fans. As long as you still have a save game from ME3, you can get some snazzy N7 armor for DS3 co-op pals Issac Clarke and John Carver. Read more

Mass Effect 3's Omega DLC feels like and add-on, and an poorly implemented one at that. High points were fleeting, giving the bulk of the content a superfluous feel. Not the best of BioWare's attempts to expand the ME3 universe. Read more
