Major League Baseball 2K9 for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

This game has some flaws, but for the most part, it works. The first baseman off the bag glitch happens like 1 out of every 40 throws. The gameplay is actually pretty good. I'm currently playing a 162 game franchise, and its actually very fun. You can edit your players power settings to make them hit home runs and the game is the closest thing to playing in the majors. Multiplayer is very fun with your friends, & xbox live is great. The point is, people OVERREACT too much. This game is great.

A DEFINITE BUY.

I just gotta say I think everyone bashing this game is probably not looking for a realistic simulation. I've read several reviews where the writer claimed that he would throw to a fielder and he wouldn't be there. Well, guess what, in real baseball its gonna happen sometimes. I had that problem a little, then I stopped rushing the throws and the problem went away.

Just like real baseball. See the ball, catch the ball, take a step and throw.
