Can someone please tell the guys at 2k Sports how to properly pull off a baseball game. Maybe they just get rid of this game entirely and put MLB: The Show on 360. Seriously its that boring. Play Franchise mode on both games and tell me you dont want to play the "Show" more. Buy a PS3 or borrow one because its that good. 2K9 is fun at times, but frustrating more often than not. The defense is awful, the hitting is sooooooooooooo easy once you figure out how to crank one, and the run game, well the CPU on Rookie vs you on Rookie might as well be called the "Buy a new controller" Run game be cause you will smash it over your knee when you get screwed like i've been. Please only rent this game for fun because the micromanaging sucks and the playability is only there in small doses.

I really would like to ask the people over at 2k sports if they even had people test this game before they released it. I can tell you about twice a game, I make a throw to first in time to beat the runner but for some reason my first basemen is standing 5 feet from the bag. The first few times this happened, I thought maybe it was me making a bad throw. But since it has happened every single time I play, I dont even want have this game anymore. What happened to the days of MVP baseball, the best baseball game ever for xbox. 2k sports bought the MLB licenses and have since ruined this game.
Another thing that annoys me...The stats that come up when a batter comes up to the plate. Jose Reyes for example it said was 11th in the NL in stolen bases last year. Um, no I dont think so, try 2nd.
At first I thought maybe they just had this wrong. But every time jose reyes comes up to the plate, it has that #. Did 2k sports just have random stats asssigned to different players?
