I love this game! it is like GTA IV, but 1930's+...but there are some cons if you compare the two. First, you can die REALLY easily, like in shootouts, 5 hits and your dead (on easy mode). You wreck a car and your screwed cause you have to repair the engine. There aren't many cops coming after you when you take them out. AND, money is of ni importance in this game. During campaign, you loose your house, your money and stuff, so its pointless. If you are wanting a game like GTA, but old style gameplay, dont buy because if you want this game for Campaign, do it because it has and AWESOME story, but to mess around, shoot things and jack cars, its dumb because unlike GTA, you are constantly on missions and can't freeplay. I've already beat the game. All 16 chapters!!! There is only an estimate of 10 hours of gameplay on campaign, so i would recommend to buy the add-on for $10, which adds 25+ "side" missions like assassinations or "side" jobs. I really like the fact that you can use a lock pick to get into cars!
Overall, this game gets a 8.5/10...great campaign and story, great shooting (sounds amazing on 7:1 surround sound BOSE), and neat cars, but no multiplayer, hard to freeroam, money is pointless, and short story.
