B Button Previous screen

OFFENSE (BEFORE THE SNAP)
A Button Snap the ball
B Button Cancel an audible
X Button B then A, L or R = Call an audible
R Button (Hold) then LEFT/RIGHT = View playing field left/right

RUNNING
Control Pad Run
A Button Sprint
B Button Dive
L Button Spin
R Button R + LEFT/RIGHT = Juke

PASSING
Control Pad QB Scramble
A Button Call up passing symbols (Normal Passing Mode only). Pass to receiver (tap to lob; hold down to throw a bullet pass).
B Button Pass to receiver (tap to lob; hold down to throw a bullet pass).
L Button Pass to receiver (tap to lob; hold down to throw a bullet pass).
R Button Pass to receiver (tap to lob; hold down to throw a bullet pass).

RECEIVING
A Button Sprint
B Button Select Receiver closest to the ball
L Button Dive
R Button Jump/Catch pass

DEFENSE (BEFORE THE SNAP)
Control Pad Reposition player
A Button Select player
B Button B then A, L, or R = Call an audible. Cancel an audible.
L Button Defensive line shift
R Button Secondary shift

DEFENSE (AFTER THE SNAP)
Control Pad Run
A Button Select defender closest to the ball
B Button Sprint
L Button Jump/Raise hands. Swim move when engaged in a block.
R Button Dive. Spin when engaged in a block.

KICKING GAME
Control Pad Return the kick
A Button Snap the ball/Aim kick/Kick the ball
R Button Fair catch (Receiving punts)
Touchback Remain in end zone
