On the right path, but strange updates...

There are many things that i enjoy about Madden 13. One of them is more realistic blocking. I can't tell you how irritating it is to run with 99 ovr Adrian Peterson in Madden 12 and get stopped time and time again because of defensive linemen breaking off blocks instantly. the offensive linemen hit the d line and block for about .01 seconds before the d line just broke off magically. Thankfully, they have fixed this in 13 and the blocking seems very real. In addition, the graphics including movement and tackling have been much improved. As for some other issues, thats a different story. Your defensive backs still can't cover a reciever to save their lives, even if the wide reciever is a 70 overall. As for presentation, they do a decent job overall in menus making it look realistic and have a fake twitter feed that tries to make it look better, which it does. The announcers are much better as well, even if they do repeat the same stuff.
Overall, the Madden franchise still has work to do, notably in game with the AI but i think that they are defintely on the right path.
