Good game off the start, but really grows on you.

Power Pros is extremely easy to pick up and play, but there is a lot of depth in the various modes. Building your own character is an RPG like experience. This is where you tailor your player to your liking, whether that be a power hitter, golden glove fielder, or starting pitcher with a wicked 2-seam fastball. It doesn't stop there. Start the season mode with your favorite MLB team and import your created player to their roster. You can have ANY player practice whatever aspect you think that player needs to stay in the starting lineup.
Only downside is on the normal difficulty, you will be crushing other teams within the first ten games and the fielding AI needs some tweaking (it sometime switches the player your controlling at really inopportune times). Overall a really fun baseball game that is just oozing with personality. The most fun I've had with a baseball game since MVP 2005 (which I'd still rather play).
