Too kiddy, too complicated

This game is kiddie and simple gameplay wise, but at the same time the season mode is too complicated to get into easily. The MLB Life mode is too hard to play as your own created player, and the Success Mode is too hard to get to the majors in and have fun doing the outside stuff, like working, getting a girlfriend, etc. Overall, not for the hardcore baseball fan, but not for the casual fan either as it is too hard to get into any depth with.
