MLB 2006 for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

As far as game modes went, I loved career mode and the simming through innings, however unless you were a pitcher it seemed to take to long to make it into the majors as a continuous starter. I didn't play franchise mode too much but what i did play seemed very good. As far as game play goes the release point pitching is ocassionally off, and the fielding is touchy. When you stack this game up against the competition, it outplays EA's baseball titles, however MLB 2k6 I believe to be far superior based on game play. This game does however make a much more realistic baseball experience. Over all i rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

This game would better if the computer would not cheap when you beating it in a shut out. It blocks the movement of players and hold throws on double plays.
