Not Bad, but not great, either.

Not sure if you can really call this one an RPG. I mean, you can customize (to a point) your character, but unlike the Dragon Age series, your conversation choices don't seen to have any real effect on your comrades, whether they like you or not. Also the combat and storyline is very linear, and each mission seems just like the one before; you journey to a new location in Middle Earth, fight through a horde of goblins, orcs, or undead, until you get to the big boss, who will almost certainly annihilate your party on the first attempt! I will say that the some of the equipment you can pickup/purchase looks really cool, though. So, I you're looking for an adventure game to return to Middle Earth, but not an RPG, go ahead and check it out at least once.

The title explains itself, you will be doing this for HOURS. This game has an excruciatingly long campaign where it is just rinse and repeat with different backgrounds and mostly the same enemies. This campaign does have some twists but it is insanely dull and after doing this combat for hours I wanted to die. Something this game does very well however is giving you the 3 interchangeable character system which you can use with co-op as well, that way you and your friend can kill each other because of long you will play this for.

Great game, with a epic saving flaw.....

So this is great coop game, hours off gameplay and new treasures to behold around every corner. It takes a few to get the game going but i enjoy the leveling up system and the upgrades.
For the bad, the auto save system doesnt always save correctly. Did some research this happens on EVERY PLATFORM pc and all.
Some points in the game it will auto save for one person an not the other..(an theres no manual save) So long story short had to log into my secondary name on my ps3 load my friends data and back track about four hours... i want to give this game a higher rating but the save bug is a stupid problem to have an it could easily be fixed with a better saving system.
