A wonderful Game

agree with other reviewers that serious gamers will be disappointed with this game. But as a periodic break from the norm for people with a life, this is a fun game. I'm a huge LOTR fan, both of the movies and of the literature, and this game is a fairly decent interpretation of both. Interestingly, while it is not 100% faithful to either, it represents both faithfully to some respects. Of course, the voices and images are almost straight from the movies, but the game designers have corrected some plot points to remain more true to the books. For example, when you reach Rivendell, you will be given Anduril. In the movie this didn't take place until the third movie, but the game corrects this and thus is more faithful to the books.
I think my favorite part is just roaming through the Shire as Frodo Gamgee in between Aragorn's quests. Aragorn’s Quest is definitely worth a rent

Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess only not as good

This game was like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess if you took away some of the graphics and all the challenging mind-tricks. I did like how you play as Frodo before you start/continue your quest, which also lets you try new skills(i.e. bow and arrow). I also like how you can change your "Find a Path" feature to direct you to the quests of your choice. The only thing that threw me off was you couldn't switch to other characters for other skills, like instead of getting a bow for yourself, you would switch to Legolus. or Gimbley(I forget spelling for their names). Or Gandalf. And then P2 would be able to switch characters, too. Overall, this game was good. So, 7/10
