The game starts off in a training level. It's nothing but Bugs in a empty set of rooms with some robots to kill. No real reason of why he is there. You spend about 20 minutes killing the same enemy over and over. In the process you are supposed to be learning the controls. Instead you just get hand cramps.
Next up we have the controls. Once again we have a developer that didn't spend 10 minutes thinking about how to make the unique controls work well. Instead they just sat there and thought "well the character is swinging something left to right, so we will have the player do the same!" The result is that you keep performing the same tiring repetitive motion.
Loving the looney tunes and not wanting to give up so easy, I decided to keep playing through the first level. You are put into a mad scientist level which looks like the same cartoon that Gosimer is in. You start off with Marvin being thrown into the level by Taz with a giant rubber band. Why he is doing this? Who knows. Suddenly you (Bugs) is dropped off in the same level. Then Marvin goes who knows where and you continue fighting more robots jumping about. Getting the occasional different weapon that really aren't that interesting. I played 1/2 way through the level and was so bored I gave up.
The makers of this game seem to have missed on everything that makes a good game.
1) Player understand and knows what is going on and why.
2) Player has a decent control scheme.
3) Levels are designed so that player has desire to see the end.
4) Player sees new and interesting things in level. Exploring is fun.
5) Weapons are interesting.
My advice, skip this game.

Camera angles seemed to change rather randomly, but that could have been lack of finesse with the nunchuk.
Was great fun for one player with great graphics and fun action.

We loved the characters (primarily Bugs and Marvin) and the comments they made while playing, plus the occasional taunts by the villain. We also liked fighting the robots.
However, the Controls were the reasons we ended up sending back early. The nunchuck has to be twisted along it's axis in order to make the characters do a spinning attack, and several of the enemies are only vulnerable to that attack. Also, the only way to jump across several key gaps. The castle level has several of these longer jumps, and falling will take you back to the beginning of the series of four to five gaps.
Also, we were playing on a 36" standard TV. We tried splitting the screen both horizontally and vertically (horizontal ended up working best for us), but the Castle section was too dark and the characters too small to keep track of where we were. Several times, we were separated and had a LOT of difficulty finding one another. It was also easy to lose track of each other during the fights.
Honestly, I hope it does well enough to get a sequel, because it is a great idea for a game. However, this one just doesn't do it for us.

Ratings
Presentation - 6.0: The previews gave the feeling that the game was going to be a little too over violent for the Looney Tunes nature (even though it's not).
Graphics - 8.0: The Looney Tunes have never looked better!
Sound - 10: The music and sound effects bring back the cartoonish feeling of the series.
Gameplay - 7.5: A little similar to Ratchet & Clank, but who's complaining?
Lasting Appeal - 9.0: Welcome back Looney Tunes!
Overall - 8.0

Decent game, but awful motion-sensing controls.

Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal used the Wii Remote and Nunchuk combo, which wasn't a smart idea in my view. If the game was compatible with the Classic Controller however, it would've been easier to play.
The reason for hating the Wii Remote and Nunchuk combo is because of the motion-sensing controls for the Nunchuk. You have to spin to jump over certain gaps, but the game hardly responds to the Nunchuk and you fall to your doom.
The first level of the game was simple, but the second level can cause you to go bonkers when you have to make those ridiculous jumps.
The game is pretty short, but can also be tough since there are several levels that seem to last forever with no end.
Basically, this isn't a game worth buying. Feel free to rent it, but you have been warned about the controls.
