Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

As most have already stated, this is not your regular Spiro game. This game starts out like you are watching an actual movie. Just knowing that Elijah Wood was his voice in this one took me back to the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I and my son had a great time playing and this game towards the end really gets you to thinking about how to beat it. The graphics are great and unexpected. The game is just long enough but not too long. I would not buy this game for myself as I have already beat it but I would consider buying it for my son. Great Job!

It is so cool. You get to learn new powers like FIRE, THUNDER, ICE & EARTH!! New attacks - you have to beat the dragon Cynder at the last level. And you get to use a sepcial power that you only get to use once. If you use the "fury" of that elemental power - you get to beat Cynder - surprise at the end...
