Game Description
The once-great land of Ys was home to vast knowledge, great wealth, and widespread fortune. The land's prosperity was driven by the Dark Pearl, a magical object capable of creating valuable objects and performing wondrous feats. But the Dark Pearl's powers had a shadow side, one that ultimately brought down the great civilization. Now a curious youth named Adol has set sail for a mysterious island where his destiny stands to meet the Legacy of Ys. The Legacy of Ys Books 1 & 2 combines two classic RPG sagas on one DS cartridge, brought to life with new Touch Screen controls, new equipment and enemies, new multiplayer options, and more.

First off, this game is very short. If you use a walkthrough, you can beat the first "book" in about 3 and a half hours, and the second one between 4 and a half to five hours.
