First off, we like the lego games... So, as for being a lego, it's as good as the others, nothing too new and quickly refreshed with controls... BUT THE INTERFACE HAS ISSUES!!! I don't know if it was just this perticular disc or what, but I'd repeatidly tap a button and the game wouldn't recognize it, not just on one controller, but all of my controllers (not the controller), then I'd repeatidly play an entire level to get a stupid mithril brick and I'd repeatidly walk over the icon, but it would never pick, and fishing a jetty from a pond would throw the fish to a doorway, so you couldn't pick it up but to make leave through the doorway, after going through an entire level once again, and other numerous crud that's too long to list. Lots of button issues, I narrowed down to the interface, they just sacked on it with this game

Overall, I had enjoyed the game. However there were a few objectives that were clearly poorly made and lead to great frustration. However the big one was one of the bricks is glitched to being useless. To find out 30 hrs. of my life have been wasted and that a game is unbeatable at 99.5 precent is a source of major dissapointment for me. This is going to taint my desire to get their games from here on out.

As soon as I saw that the actual audio from the movie was being used I was hesitant. On the one hand actually hearing "Sam" when he hit orcs with a frying pan is awesome, but part of what makes Lego games good is without dialog there is much more room for the amazingly funny cut-scenes they're famous for. And while the areas looked amazing, I didn't do much exploring for the side missions cuz got tedious very quickly.
