The Lego based games have always been outstanding in terms of graphics, great game play and replay value in finding all the hidden bricks and character tokens. Unfortunately what should be ranked as an 8 or 9 is worthy of much less when you consider the sea of game freezes during stage loading, and other assorted and completely random glitches. Traveller's Tales Lego games have had a history of such problems starting back with the original Star Wars and Indiana Jones series.
Bottom line....if you're in it for the experience alone, this is a great game and definitely recommended. If you're a Platinum seeking completest, I wouldn't touch it until word of a patch is released.
This would be a very good game if it weren't so buggy. There is a room in Hogsworth that once you get in, you can't get out. It is on the games forum. Unfortunately once you get there, you are always brought back to the room when you leave by quiting. There were lots of other bugs that take away from what would have been a great game. For example, you make a cloud but the cloud gets stuck somewhere so you have to leave the level and redo it to go further. They need to do a lot more testing before it's release. This other wise would have been a 8 or higher.
