This Kirby game has proven to be very challenging for me, as fun as the series is. It's the kind of game that you may get frustrated with enough to not play it for extended periods of time, but will definitely come back to again and again, to at least further your exploration of the vast world. The game, like many side-scrolling Kirby games, feels very maze-like, with lots of treasures to discover, and a few new powerups to enjoy (though not many). Being able to call in your buddies for help is very useful in tough situations, although, like in other Kirby games, you may find that being in "normal" status and using present projectiles as weapons (whether stars or otherwise) may actually be more powerful than any powerup you may have.
This is an excellent game for Kirby fans who want a vast world to explore. It may be repetitive for some gamers, but it's definitely worth a look-see. :)
I had fun playing this game, I liked all the new abilities, and the changing color feature, but there was still a couple of things wrong here, first was the huge maps, I found myself lost all the time and the maps for each level were, although highlighted, hard to reach, the three other kirbys were so annoying they literally just walk off! I found the game to be A little short but considering the level sizes it had to be short, or else you'd be lost and never get to finish it ;), i did like the doors that take you to the different levels and the level indicator in the corner of the screen, also the minigames were a little stupid, no offense to the designers, but the game was good I had fun playing it and I recommend trying it out.
