Just bought this game from GameStop because my next game from GameFly won't be in till after the weekend and man am I sorry I bought this.

The game starts and I have no clue what I'm doing, why I'm doing it or what my mission is. The game starts you with no story whatsoever. I am now in act 2 and still no story. 20-30 enemies come at you at a time, which is very old and repetitive, especially when you are mashing X and A for hours at a time. The method you learn new abilities is such a terrible idea. You go to sleep and talk to some random old man in "dream world" and you have to kill a set number of certain enemies in order to get a new ability.

I cannot believe I just spent $15 on this. Save yourself a waste of time and don't rent.

I have nothing positive to say about this game

To put this in perspective, I spent a week stuck in bed with an illness. Through a weird set of circumstances the only things I had where my newly acquired x-box 360 arcade, which was a replacement for my previous three time champion of the RROD Xbox 360 pro (hard drive was stuck at home) and this game. This game was so bad, so terribly terribly bad, I actually sat I couldn't make it more than something like 7 hours of total gameplay, in stops and starts, before I had to I had to swear a scared oath to whatever god was listening never to play it again or else risk losing my sanity. I went back to watching daytime TV and playing Hexic. Yes, you know Hexic, that game that comes with every 360. Yeah, that game is better than this and that's coming from a guy who hasn't liked a puzzle game since Super Street Fighter II Puzzle Fighter.

In short don't rent this game. If for some darn reason you do rent it just to find out how right I am, please do the world a favor and buy it. Why? Because then you can break the disk a free gamefly from it's horrible curse forever. You have been warned.

Alright. So. I was reading the description of the game. Sounded great. Sounded like... an upgraded, incredibly awesome version of Golden Axe..! I was like, sure, cool!

The game arrived, I was delighted. I put it into the 360. As far as I'm concerned, that is an hour of my life that I will never get back. An hour that my three year old son could have done just as well as I did..!

X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X... <<-- Look. There's the winning combo for the entire game... Equip high SP-regen A-weapon... Equip low-to-mid SP-consumption quick weapon... spam X button... enemies die... Add Counterattack ability to weapon... enemies die faster... sell everything... buy x200 Small Red Potions...

There is no delay in using health drinks. You don't even have to stop spamming X... you keep slashing, they die, stagger, you heal... Its... so... stupid.

Like I said. I played for an hour. I won't ever get that hour back. But hey, I guess its a good game if you want to wander from micro-map to micro-map... spamming the same attack button over and over again until your hands fall to sleep... Then its the game for you!

I gave the game a 1. Looks "pretty" I guess compared to PS2. Graphically, its dull. Audio isn't ear-bleeding, but there isn't anything impressive. Storyline is lacking, they give you a 30 second video clip at the start regardless of character choice and then dump you into the map like "Okay, now go kill everything. Go you Level Up bug you..!" ... SP is easy to gain and levels comes quickly. You get roughly 200-250 "points" per level and can easily raise your Luck to where you gain a ridiculous amount of drops, thusly unbalancing their "Love/Greed" shops on every map and never running out of.. well.. anything.

Game is boring. Game is simple. Game is rated Mature. Game should have been marketed to 8 year olds who are trying to learn how to play and can't keep up with older siblings in Tekken.

Epic Fail game, epic fail.
