I personally thought the game was pretty fun, and its definitely worth playing if your a fan, and if your not or your just curious as to what its about its still pretty good. The story its self does offer a decent amount of content, focusing mainly on the latter and most major events on about 10 or so of the main characters in the Shippuden storyline. The layout consists of choosing a character and playing the major plot events of their role in the anime, while leaving out some of the minor yet still considered important things to a fan, this should help you grasp a basic understanding if you don't know what its really about or fill you in for the most part if you havent had time to really catch the show in a while. My only qualms (as a fan) would have liked to see a larger spectrum of the characters for the storyline, mainly for a fuller experience and just more content to make it last a little longer than the 2-3 day amount included (depending on how much you play) and if maybe the storyline that are there would have done less skipping of the things smaller but still entertaining battles of the series. However, I was still very much so pleased with the game. It has excellent graphics and does well with its motion display to make characters actions have a seamless effect to really bring out the jutsu visuals and combat combinations, while making its fast pace style action look really spectacular in my opinion. The multiplayer is also nice (aside from the flamers who complain that your using a cheap character regardless of who you decide to choose). All in all I give it a 9 with my only negative being there could be more content.
