King's Field: The Ancient City for PlayStation 2

A magical artifact responsible for the annihilation of an ancient people must again be returned to the heart of the ruined Ancient City. Only there will the deadly artifact be unable to harm humanity. You will adventure nonlinearly through 40 3-D environments, fighting monsters with your sword and spells. Explore the Ancient City, vanquishing foes, collecting treasure, and discovering new spells and items, but beware --your journey will grow more perilous as you uncover a terrible secret power that even monsters fear.
