Kessen III is a great game. It has an epic story line while you follow the campaign of Nobunaga Oda. Through out the game you acquire money through victories, new officers with special abilities and expertise in leading specific types of units(cavalry, muskets, etc.) and if you have a Dynasty Warriors saved game on your memory card there are even more special things about this game
"no spoilers". You lead your armies by telling them where to go on the field through your map or who engage in combat and you can always choose a company to manually control and attack with. All the warfare is in real time, which means keeping track of your army is a priority and knowing which of your companies are attacking another(e.g. you don't want to sent cavalry against pike men) Ultimately, this game has fun game play, acceptable graphics, a need for strategic and tactical thinking and the cinematics are pretty cool as well. If your looking for a game to get hooked onto the kessen series, Kessen III is just as good a choice then any other.
