Great Game, but played it last time.

My rating of 4 is for anyone who played "I Love Katamari" on the PS2. Otherwise I'd rate higher.
I love the Katamari series, played through both the PS2 versions. I have two major problems with this version:
1 - Many of the levels appear to be not just based on, but actual ports of levels from I Love Katamari. I really disliked playing multiple levels thinking "Yeah, been here, rolled that." Now, the new levels I saw seemed nice enough, but come on guys.
2 - I was hoping for at least touch increase in graphics on the PS3. I believe there's a bit of cell shading that's new, but my first reaction was the graphics were less clear than before. Probably, they're just exactly the same. I also didn't care for the Perfect Fit or other special levels that start black and white and show you exactly what's available to roll up by turning them color. Takes a little challenge out, and don't care for many black/white levels.
A minor issue I had was it seemed to early in the game to roll as big as you can. It seemed a great accomplishment to half way through finally get to roll big enough to roll up a person, or building, whatever. I think the 5th or 6th level I played a level where I grew to about 2/3 the size of earth. Was anti-climactic to then go be one foot across on a new level.
It also seemed as though the turning controls were just a little less smooth than before, but it was ok.
I didn't complete the game. Once I hit the 3rd or 4th level I played before, I sent it back. So if you've never played it before, well then rock it - everyone should play some Katamari once. And maybe the levels later on became awesome, but I didn't make it.
