Just Dance Kids for Wii Reviews by Gamers

Let me start by saying, if you love Just Dance 2, then you will likely not like this game. It has the same concept as Just Dance 2, but that is where the similarities end. Unlike Just Dance 2, Just Dance Kids songs are not actually sung by the original artist (with the exception on Wiggles and Yo Gabba Gabba). The songs all sound like a Kids Bop CD, which I find to be very annoying. Also, the dance moves are very slow. My six and eight year old kids couldn't wait for this game to arrive only to be disappointed. Even for them the moves weren't exciting enough and the music seems like it's slower than the original tracks. They both love Just Dance 2 and both are able to do a lot of the moves in that game, they play it daily. With this game after about thirty minutes of trying it out, they told me I could go ahead and send it back.

I will say however, that for a very small child, the format is good. It has a list of familiar preschool aged tracks and fun little moves to go with them. I would recommend this game for children ages 3 to about 5.
