This game does a good job of capturing the essence of "Jeopardy!", and if you're a fan, you'll probably enjoy it. The content and the interface are inarguably sound. I found the pace to be agonizingly slow, however. There are frequent, unnecessary cutaways to video footage of Alex Trebek congratulating you or informing you that you have control of the board. Not only that, but the AI players can't just pick a new clue quickly and cleanly; instead, they always have to preface their selection with a spoken "U.S. Presidents for $400". It gets old fast. And I guess I've just been spoiled by the point-and-click interface of the Wii version of "Jeopardy!", because having to use the directional buttons to scroll through the alphabet in order to input answers in this version becomes remarkably tedious.
Besides the slow pacing, however, there's nothing here that really stands to disappoint "Jeopardy!" fans, so, if you're a fan of the quiz show, and you think you have the patience, you might want to give it a try anyway.
