James Cameron's Avatar: The Game for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

I thought it would be cool to run through the movie in a game, but like others have said before me, it felt like i was running errands more than anything. Graphics are OK and game play was boring at some moments with cut scenes begging to be skipped. Shooting a fast moving targets remained difficult and with no melee button to be had, it kinda sucked. The bow and arrow was a nice touch, picking sides was exciting i suppose. Seems like a kids game more than anything. if you have a short attention span or your not an achievement fan than this game is not for you.

I beat this game in a day on the Wii, it was too fast even though I did every thing in the game, I am guessing that the movie was longer than this game. If you like fast games get this, but if you like games that are longer find another game. I did love the graphics though but this is not enough needs more of a deeper story to make this worthy to be called a game than a mini game. Thank you for your time.
