Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

This game was terrible. I am a huge fan of the series, even after Jak X, which I thought was a bad game overall, but this, this crud that they call Jak & Daxter, this damages my loyalty. Sony took Naughty Dog out of the picture, changed several voice actors, and went back in time to when the PS2 was new (and unpolished) and then took a giant step back developing the game. It's that bad. The original Jak & Daxter was better.

This game did not even last one full day in my house. I am actually bringing it to the post office to get it back in the mail the same day it came in. I am severely disappointed in Sony. They had a good thing going. Why did they screw it up so bad? This is not even Jak & Daxter. It is a pathetic, cheap imitation. Nothing more.

I expected a lot out of this game. I am such a huge fan of the Jak and daxter series and was excited to hear they were coming out with a new game , till i found out that Naughty Dog wasnt the creator anymore. The new creator completely messed up this game. They changed the way Keira looks and the voice of Jak was diff too . Also they kinda strayesd away from the storyline , I didnt even finish the game it was that bad... Im just glad I didnt buy the game.
