You may see negative reviews of Iron Man with complaints of control difficulties, graphical quality/performance, or the overall difficulty this is likely someone playing on a difficulty too hard/easy for their tactics. Even experienced players will benefit from playing through on the easier setting as the maps have a variety of solutions. Seeing the A.I. response change as you change the order of your objectives will lead curious players to locate key enemies whose elimination creates vulnerabilities in the defense.
Replay earlier missions to complete difficult bonus objectives and earn extra cash needed to upgrade your suit or you'll find it difficult to complete the current mission. As you master new methods like redirecting missles, manhandling tanks to make them fire on your foes, and recharging your power by draining enemies vampire-style the ability to customize the Mark III suit will become very useful. If you complete the game on easy you can wreak havoc with special suits earned from surviving One Man Army levels.
Try to learn which attacks work best I recommend replaying on the difficult setting as the A.I. is very impressive in how nearby units will try to reinforce as you approach. The leisurely flight path straight to the objective may work on Easy but you'll need practice to approach unobserved using afterburners to race through the valleys and structures dotting the maps. In my opinion, Iron Man really pushes the 360's ability to render objects and lots of them; if you experience any trouble you may want to use the environment around you to limit what's visible to what you're attacking.
Some tips-
Save Pepper is all but impossible on the highest difficulty, be warned.
Use the terrain to limit attacks while you weaken the enemy defenses.
Circle strafe around the target to make catching missles easier.
Avoid all but the last in a string of missles to make a catch and throw where no cover is available.
Melee!
