The game is mediocre at best. Graphics are about what you would expect and gameplay is okay, worth a rental, but that's about it. Biggest complaint is controls; more times than not when there's action, the wiimote isn't recognized and in the time spent getting the signal back you've missed something. And, maybe it's just me, but the afterburner feature pretty much had me nosediving into the turf more times than not.
Nobody to blame but myself, for not reading reviews or trying first, but I very quickly learned that this game is waaaaay beyond a four or seven year old's ability, starting with the control scheme and moving on from there. It's actually be hard for me to get the hang of the controls too, which really irritates me--it shouldn't take me any longer than it took Tony Stark to figure out how to fly the thing. Graphics are okay, I like the open-endedness of the battlefields, but it's not the great game that I was hoping for.
