Not great but really close!

While playing through the story things flowed smoothly... but they sorta lacked in needing to lvl or even how. you would think that experience would be gained after every level but no only while trianing or playing minigames... and it wasn't necesary. i beat the game with only a level 11 as my strongest and the oppenents dragons were in the 20's! the customization was cool but some options struck me as odd, plus the got repetative and there wasn't ever much difference between looks past the colour of the dragon. fighting was one on one mortal combat stile or classic arcade and wasn't bad, minigames were ok but there wasn't much difference between the dificulties. after the short story was done and all arcade dragons unlock story fightin almost halted if not for the training area and afterwards your only goal was to max your dragon and collect all the recipies for them. it got boring and was needlessly time consuming. its a great play asstounding visuals fun combat and minigames and great to play against friends but after a while it's overly repetative and drags on... Definatly a rent but not quite a buy...

It's a good game if you're looking for a different type of fighting game. It has decent grafics and easy controlls. It just didn't have a wide range of substance.

my son was excited about getting this game, but when he was about to play it it did not work and it almost messed up our wii.
