The presentation for this game was so good that I wish they would make it into a movie. This is an interactive grindhouse flick in every sense of it. This game isn't for the easily offended, or easily grossed out. This is not for the kids unless they are over 15. The gameplay is your basic rail shooter light gun game with some really nice twists and challenges. The WiiMote won't win any awards for speed, or accuracy but you get used to it. This game is a lot of fun with friends, and fun to watch people play. A lot of fun drinking games could be made around this one.
Anyone who wasted who knows how much money on the house of the dead arcade series will love this. This game looks better and has plenty of sick humor, like G breaking down his partner's speech patterns at the end of the game. Even my wife played this do to the simple point and click interface. Too bad it was so short otherwise this would have been an amazing game instead of just a great one.

House of the Dead: OVERKILL is just that. Over the top dialogue, visuals, and sound effects; all of which make this the most addictive game on the Wii! Isaac and G will keep you laughing throughout the game and the gunplay is gory and realistic. This HOD strays from the previous entries and I think that's a great thing. New characters and weapons make this game way more fun HOD 2 & 3. I played this game for six hours straight the first day and only stopped to eat and sleep. This is a must own because the replay value is skyhigh.
