WOW! My initial hopes for Hitman: Bloodmoney were pretty low after playing the demonstration copy of the game available on the Xbox Live marketplace. However, after playing a few levels into this game I am hooked. I'd advise anyone reading this to skip the demonstration copy of the game (the first level) and jump straight to renting this game.
The first level was a little hard to get into, but after that, it has been smooth sailing for me. Camera views are great, the storyline is fantastic, can't wait to see what happens next in the life of Agent 47!
In all, the graphics are not so hot, for a 360 game, but the storyline and gameplay make up for that.
Rent it! You'll love this game as long as you like sneaking around and jumping people! :)
one of the most hyped games coming out for the 360 so far does not measure up. I am a luke warm fan of the hitman genre, but it's pretty much the same game as before. The controls are very awkawrd on this game. It takes too many steps to pick a weapon, target, etc. The game just does not flow well. I had very high hopes for this title, but it is completely off the mark. I would descibe this game as mediocre. Just like before, you are spotted easily even if you change clothing. If you like the series then it's worth the rent, but not a purchase.
I really like the open ended aspect of the game, however I believe that this hampers the overall fun of the game. Even on the harder settings it is easy to just wait in one spot for everything to come to you. And if you are seen it is way to easy just to buy a new identity at the end of the level. The weapons upgrades make the weapons a plus, but most of the time they are not needed. If you do wanna shoot some people just back into a corner and wait for them to come flying around the corner and pop them one at a time. Good game don't get me wrong. Fun but only worth a rental.
