The best Hitman to date?

I've only played blood money, so I guess I'm a johnny come lately to this series. This game however, I feel, should have been nominated and even tapped as game of the year last year. Already knew it would be amazing. In terms of difficulty, I feel that blood money on normal is still tougher but this has it's rough parts. Especially when you need to figure out strategies to obtain and retrieve information. I can't imagine how the other 3 (yes three) harder difficulties are. ..I cannot imagine completing this on Purist but I sure will be playing it. As my other ratings with games goes, many of these titles are underrated because they don't have fast action. THIS has fast action but to a stealthy point which ties in all other stealth classics to how great and in depth this game truly is. Lots of twists, the story does not lack, not many bugs at all either. Smooth super smooth dynamics and gameplay makes this a must have. I will be purchasing this!

If you like hitman, yes

I have to start off by saying I have never played Hitman before. I have played splinter cell which was lots of fun to me which is the similar stealth idea. Tons of guns and weapons, Sweet. But if you use any of them, you lose points. For some reason this game has placed so much effort into the different weapons and guns that you lose like thousands of points per level for even using them, not to mention you lose thousands of points for killing anyone. It is so frustrating to be sitting there dual wielding silenced pistols with execution, an ability straight out of Splinter Cell COnviction in front of like 8 guys who are murdering lots of innocent kids and nuns and be told you lose thousands of points for not killing the person on the contract. BTW what contract? you aren't even part of the agency anymore, you are just killing people to help further your own desires. you dont get paid for the "contract", so there is no "contract". Ill conceived and poorly executed. If you can not care about the score however (which is hard to do when your most competitive friends' score is sitting up at the top of the screen in the beginning of every single level) then im sure you'll find an ok shooter. For sneaking, this game is a 7, for shooting, this game is a 3 with its poor controls and for the whole way they do the points system it is a 1, so so so so bad. I'm not even sure I was enjoying playing it. If you like Hitman though, I've heard its a great addition to the franchise, though i haven't seen any of these people playing it a lot so they might just be lying to themselves. Rent it and good luck, hope you don't get as frustrated as me.
