The game is not at all like the actual show. Only funny part in the game is when Ramsey yells at you, other than that you will be bored fairly quickly. Thank god for gamefly, now we know what bad games not to buy..

First off I am a BIG HK and chef Ramsy fan. When I seen this game I had to try it but once I got it and started playing it I was a little disappointed. I expected more detail, challenges and options. The game is very simplified, you get the same ingredients that you mix up over and over again. Once you get the steps down you fly through without a problem. It does get more challenging as you go through the game but the repetitiveness makes the game a little boring. I have continued to play the game just out of curiosity and in an hour and a half I have made it through 3 out of 5 levels with 4 & 5 star rating (5 stars mean perfect) for each stage. One thing I do like is they give you some of chef's reciepts that you can use for yourself at home.
I don’t think it is a horrible game, I guess I just expected more. Def wouldn't buy it but I will finish it before I return it. If you are looking for something simple with a slight challenge and want to listen to Chef Ramsy’s funny yelling give it a try but defiantly rent it before you buy it.
This is just based on timing and strategy - no slicing, dicing or controlling a team of cooks to get anything done. Order Up is more interesting than this. All you do is click and point. You have to plan how to prep you dishes as each dish takes a certain amount of time to cook. Prepping your ingredients is just clicking on bowls. Ramsey isn't very interesting at all.
Good for a few hours play and if I found it for under 10.00 I would buy but even at GF's price it's not worth that right now.
