First off this game is very easy to get started. You pick up the controls for the game almost instantly. It's deep combat system mixed with some very fun and interesting alternative missions, give this game the exact future description of the PS3's games.
Though the game is a bit short the story and gameplay make it all the worth it. The acting in this game made it so enjoyable, you'd think you were watching a best-selling blockbuster movie. It made me laugh, it made me cry, and there were some points where I was so locked into the story, I felt as though if one mistake were to happen, it'd shatter my entire look upon reality.
The game gets it's intense moments that make you want to just replay the part again to just relive the experience. This game was definitely worth the buy, and to rent it would only be good if you would like to just play through the game.
HellMode is something I would encourage all to play, after completing the game, for it not only tones your skills, but it makes you feel as though you're accomplishing more than what you did in normal mode. HellMode feels like you're playing an entirely new way to play since it actually forces you to watch your surroundings, instead of just going through, killing everyone.
Finally, I have found a perfect woman.............

...unfortunately, my search for a perfect game continues.
This game could have just assigned a block and a jump button. I do not know why they decided that Narko cannot jump. They could have used a better variety of enemies. And, I do not know, I guess it is just me, but I turned off all of the six axis controls. It just did not work for me in this game.
When it comes to graphics, this game is good. The story was interesting as it really kept me in it. The fight sequences were awesome. There were times wherein I missed the button sequence presses because I wanted to see how Nariko will kill the enemy. Despite the fact that the game was short, I still liked it. It just needs more features (like challenge of the titans in God of War II or comic missions in Marvel Ultimate Alliance) to keep players playing it for a longer period. But it is still a good game to rent. A must play for everyone who has a PS3.
I have never given a game a 10 - and I can't quit bring myself to do it yet either at least not till I've beaten it. I have about 5 hours into it and its near perfect, a great balance. For now its a 9.5 but I may be back to give it a 10!!
