The game is a great followup to Halo 3, and has an immersive story and makes great use of vehicle gameplay. Halo is on of the few franchises to make good games while keeping them evolving; Halo 3 improved on Halo 2, Halo: Reach improved on Halo 3, and Halo 4 improved on Halo 3. Each time the experience is significantly improved. The multiplayer is a blast with friends, and as I said before, the story is captivating too. Rent it, buy it if you like it!
This game is very good. It's campaign is climactic, suspenseful, and never-before-seen-ness.
The game's multiplayer is also very fun! Though it really doesn't add that many new modes, the 3-4 new ones are actually very good!
One thing to note is that this runs on a modified Halo: Reach engine, so if you wanted 343i to get rid of frame rate issues, you can forget about that. Also, the campaign's ending is not a lackluster, but it may leave veteran Halo players ticked just a little bit.
Overall, this is a great game, but I do recommend to rent this first.
