.hack returns, spinning another immersive RPG web that asks the question, "what if your actions as a player in a videogame effected your life?" The realm known as "The World," destroyed in the first .hack series, has been rebuilt. You're a feared hunter of PKs (Player Killers), known as "Terror of Death." When a legendary PK turns up, your world is plunged into chaos. This all-new storyline takes you deeper into .hack, with all-new communication features and an improved interface. Hack the game to tune "The World" to your purposes, form guilds with other players, and use saved data from the first .hack series to unlock a mystery bonus.
