Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for PlayStation 2 Reviews by Gamers

This is the one greatest games of all time for all systems. In my mind this game is as close to perfect as you can get. The task of combining all the great gangster movies and put it flawlessly into a video game seems like too much, but Rockstar did it.

Pros: Top notch storyline, amazing voice cast, and Excellent radio stations! (VCPR is my personal favorite)

Cons: Graphics are a little blocky, Aiming system can be cumbersome at times, and you can't swim.

Overall: BUY THIS GAME RIGHT NOW!!!

I thought that GTA could not make the series any cooler. Other then upgrading the graphics this game is basically the same as GTA3 as far as gameplay goes. Let me tell you what really made the difference: making it in the 1980's. Think about it, all of us older gamers grew up playing in the late 70's early 80's and this game harkens back to that time. It was intended for us, we are grown now and so has our taste in games. We've traded in our pacman for GTA!
