Bangin' Supreme

What exactly "Bangin' Supreme" means...I don't know, but it sounded good a few seconds ago. GTA: San Andreas gives nerdy white boys like myself a chance to be what we'll never be: a hardcore black gang-banger. You'll take over rival gang territory, build up some muscle (or get fat from eating too much fried chicken and waffles), change your look, ruthlessly kill cops and base-dealers, conspire with an unknown government agency, join the rap game, street race, put your stake in the casino game, and of course, steal countless cars...along with motorcylces, bikes, boats, hovercraft, helicopters, planes, and jets. There are three major cities to roam through, each based on LA, San Francisco, and Vegas, along with a half-dozen backwoods towns.
The graphics are nothing special...typical GTA goodness, but the depth of the world Rockstar has built makes up for it. The voice acting was above avereage, with memorable performances from Chris Penn, Samuel L. Jackson, and James Woods. The music is well chosen, but does get old after 20 hours of play.
Now, I'm the type of gamer that loves a good story in my game. GTA: SA starts out with a compelling storyline, but be warned: it ends on a less than stellar note, and we're left with many loose ends. When the credits suddenly started rolling, I found myself saying "THAT'S IT!?!"
